clean, neat getaway

the rooms are clean and neat. the location provide good access to the metro. i found roadside parking easily. the staff was amazing. the views was pretty good, i must say.
i found the bathroom sink drained slow. i report it, but a repair could not be arranged until the next day. this delay was inconvenient.

the front desk was very helpful. cleaning staff was also very helpful. they promptly addressed requests for extra towels throughout my stay, i appreciated that.

the hotel provided free roadside parking, rare. the metro stop is next to the hotel. i walked to brooklyn bridge. manhattan bridge is very close.

The room included a large desk. This was PERFECT for getting some work done. I also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The view overlooking the bridge was AMAZING!!!
The hotel location felt a bit isolated at night.

my room included a water dispenser. i found an ice machine also. the location was near many subway lines, though there was a bit of walking involved.
This was a small inconvenience.
